Kids will be introduced to the world of paddling in a controlled environment before being transported for a fun trip to Mittry Lake for a real kayaking experience on open water.

This class will feature the fundamentals of safe river paddling and why it is important to conserve the environment. Participants must be able to swim 25 yards, should wear appropriate clothing and bring sun protection, insect repellent and plenty of drinking water.

Registration & Admission

This class is designed for children ages 8 to 15 and the registration fee is $45 or $30 with City resident credit.
