City of Yuma employees are ready to provide the Best Customer Service in Yuma - and undergo multiple classes in customer service throughout their employment. From the introduction of the Customer Service Philosophy in New Employee Orientation, through sessions on on-verbal  communication, communication styles, how to deal with angry customers, and working with internal customers, trainings are developed to re-define how staff work with both our internal and external customers.
