- Department specific software applications
- Product and end-user licenses
- Internet services
- Calendar and email services
- Automated faxing
- Voice systems (800 MHz radio, cellular, land line services and interactive voice response systems)
- Paging systems
- Presentation equipment
- Still cameras and video cameras
- Printers, plotters, scanners
- Backup generators and other alternative power supplies
