The City Clerk’s Office gives notice of all City Council proceedings to the general public and records all actions taken by the City Council. City Council meeting agendas are distributed electronically free of charge. You may sign up for e-agendas here. The City Clerk’s Office also maintains past and current agendas and minutes of City Council meetings for public review.

Would You Like To Participate In A Meeting?

If you would like to participate in a City Council meeting, a Speaker Request Form is required. Please fill out the Speaker Request Card and return it to the City Clerk’s Office prior to 5:00 p.m. on the day of the City Council meeting.  Individuals may also sign up by phone, (928) 373-5035, or in person at the City Hall Council Chambers, prior to the start of each City Council meeting. City Clerk’s Office staff is available in the Council Chambers, prior to each meeting, to assist with completing the form and information concerning agenda items.
